Professional and Educational Background
Prior to founding Winslow and Company, Joshua Winslow was a the facilities Manager for The Lever Company overseeing the day to day operations for over a million square feet of commercial real estate and was directly in charge of leasing and construction management. Prior to that he worked as project manager for a real estate development company in charge of the construction of a 240,000 square foot class A commercial office building, 100 Quentin Roosevelt Boulevard in Garden City Long Island, facilities engineer for Massachusetts General Hospital and Senior Associate in charge of MEP design for two large Boston engineering firms specializing in institutional and commercial buildings. Joshua attended the Boston Architectural Center and North Eastern University for mechanical engineering technology. Joshua was born in Boston Massachusetts and lives in Chappaqua New York with his wife Ilona, daughters Lisa, Audrey and his son Andrew.
